We always perform a detailed cleaning using our Whole Clean protocol. The service time may increase if the client requests special cleaning for the kitchen (inside the oven, refrigerator, and cabinets) or bathrooms (inside cabinets).

We typically work in teams of two, but this may vary depending on your availability and the type of cleaning requested.

In addition to our Whole Clean protocol, we will clean the exterior of the kitchen, refrigerator, sink, appliances, range hood, high and low cabinets, backsplash, countertops, tables, chairs, inside and outside of the microwave, trash can, and fixtures. We will also polish the sink and faucets.

In addition to our Whole Clean protocol, we start with high areas, cleaning exhaust fans and cobwebs. We then clean the sink, cabinet exterior, toilet base and sides, shower walls, bathtubs, bathroom windows, metal fixtures, and the main door.

In addition to our Whole Clean protocol, we will clean the bed frame, vacuum under the bed, and corners to remove cobwebs, nightstands, armchairs, TV stands, lamps, ceiling fans, shelves, and the exterior of closets. We can also make the beds and vacuum inside closets as part of our service.

In addition to our Whole Clean protocol, we will clean coffee tables, side tables, magazine racks, furniture, shelves, audio and video equipment, lamps, and the exterior of the fireplace. We will vacuum sofas, under furniture, dust surfaces, remove cobwebs, and organize blankets and cushions.

In addition to our Whole Clean protocol, we perform a deep cleaning throughout the unit, including inside appliances, to ensure it’s ready for the next guests according to the booking calendar.

If our client requests it, we can wash the dishes and leave them in the sink or put them in the dishwasher. This should be coordinated in advance to avoid delays in our daily schedule.

You can currently pay by check or electronic transfer.

All we need is access to the property. Please provide us with the code or leave a key so we can complete the agreed-upon cleaning tasks.

We operate on an hourly cleaning system. We will agree on the time required based on your needs, so there will be no surprises or extra hours. If we need to do anything outside of what was agreed, we will inform you in advance.

For general cleaning or deep cleaning, the minimum is 2 hours. For Airbnb or rental properties, it’s 2.5 hours.

Yes, you have a full guarantee. If you notice any issues within 24 hours of our cleaning, we will address them at no additional cost.

You can schedule from Monday to Sunday with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice through our website, by sending a text message, WhatsApp, or email.
